  • Building Muscle is Easy When You Have This  By : Owen Scott
When you step into the gym and those gym doors close behind you, what do you do?

Are you prepared to lift weights and workout?

Do you take a log book to the gym with you?

How much weight did you lift last time? How many reps did you do?

Surely, you have a plan to improve on the previous workout. If you want to build muscle, you better plan on getting better and making progress each and every workout. If you don't give your body a reason to build muscle, it's just not going to happen...

If you don't push yourself, your body has no need for improvement. Prove to your body that it needs more muscle, and you'll get it...

Do you think it's easy to improve every workout? Do you think you can just step into the gym and get better each and every workout? No, it isn't easy. Weight lifting is a war against the weights. You must develop a certain strong and powerful mindset to get better.

If you want to make progress each workout, build muscle each workout, and get the body you've always wanted, you need to listen up. Don't do what I did and waste years and years of time.

You MUST develop a warrior mentality each and every time you step into the gym. Seriously. A warrior prepares for battle. A warrior takes the battle seriosuly and lets nothing get in his/her way.

When you step into the gym and those gym doors shut behind you, you have now entered the battle arena. It's time to turn the no BS switch on. It's time to get your log book out. And it's time to beat your previous numbers.

Is weight lifting difficult? Hell yeah it's difficult. It's tough to fight the weights every workout and come out victorious. The real warriors will come out of that gym knowing they did everything possible to build muscle. And your body responds by giving you more muscle for the next battle.

During each and every set you perform there will come a time in which you must make a decision. Your mind will be telling you to stop. Your mind will tell you that this is just too much to handle. The truth is: Your body can do more. If you stop when your mind tells you to stop, you'll never build muscle. Would a warrior stop the set?

Hell no... A warrior will never quit. A warrior will press on when the going gets tough. A warrior will fight hard and love every second of that fight. A warrior will laugh in the face of defeat and will never accept a loss. No matter what, a warrior will win.

You know what? You have a warrior inside of you just dying to get out! I guarantee you find him/her very soon. Remember this article as your walking through the gym doors. As those doors close, BAM!!! The warrior inside of you has just emerged. Now go win that battle!

  • Panic Disorder: Ring the Alarm Bells  By : Beth Kaminski
Generally anxiety is assessed through negative thoughts. None of us look into its positive side which helps boost our morale by helping our minds think better in achieving goals and developing performance levels. Anxiety helps through increased alertness. Our mental stamina grows when anxiety is taken positively. Once anxiety crosses certain boundary level its positivist nature turns negative and disappointing feelings overpower. Emotional feelings become irritable and physical and mental discomfort leaves one nowhere which is major reason of losing concentration. People with these symptoms fail to concentrate and become victim of anxiety disorder. Overcome this problematic situation through genuine treatment.

Treatment for anxiety disorder should be done after thoroughly assessing the signs and symptoms of this disorder. It would help in making better judgment. Usually anxiety disorders are mistaken for common stress-related issues including depression whose symptoms are somehow common to that of anxiety disorders that must be taken care of carefully. Usually heavy sweating, palpitation, muscular tension and difficulty in breathing are considered common anxiety disorder symptoms. Out of the many anxiety disorders today Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and Social Anxiety Disorder are most common. They can be treated through available treatment options such as behavioural therapy and medicines prepared for treating generalized anxiety disorders. Panic disorder medicines are other suitable options.

Often it has been seen that normal anxiety symptoms reach to extreme level causing panic attacks. The situation becomes worst when sufferer undergoes lots of anxiety-related symptoms. They are suddenly overpowered by a situation of heart attack. Extreme panicky situations invite fatigue, dizziness and breathlessness problem. Required therapeutic measures to stop panic attack at this juncture are necessary. It helps sufferers control the worsening condition. Reoccurrence of panic attack invite panic disorders which is in fact chronic sign of panicky situation that happen on regular intervals. Such situation is too much problematic and sufferers fail to bear anxiety disorders which leave them nowhere as no control over life is possible at that moment. Extremely powerful psychological consequences can be the outcome and sooner or later sufferers fail to socialize anything because fear psychosis continues and such attacks reoccur at any stage. How it would be managed in the absence of someone who could assist? Such stage is called Agoraphobia in which there is acute fear of panic attacks reoccurring anywhere without notice.

One can cure panic disorders completely and stop panic attack by following planned combination treatment of medicine and behavioural therapy. Panic disorder medicines are available everywhere which are effective in controlling such attacks. Usually medicines are preferred to use in combination with behavioural therapy and proper counseling to treat panic disorders. Family support plays important role. Likewise relaxation exercises and physiological methods are also advised in this treatment by which panic attacks are controlled and the sufferers enjoy healthy lifestyle.

Some chosen serotonin reuptake inhibitors are applied as best panic disorder medicines which have good success rate. These medicines cure the patients by increasing the serotonin levels in the neurotransmitters which is also great in reducing the panic attack frequencies. This way you make better control over your panic attacks. Most importantly this medicine is too much effective in treating depression and Agoraphobia. These medicines start showing moderate improvement within 1 o 3 weeks of intake, and by 6 to 8 weeks improvement level becomes higher. If you feel that desired result is not seen in it you must consult the doctor and ask for prescribing some alternative medicine. Feeling drowsiness, irritability, headaches, nausea and sleeplessness are common side effects of this medicine. Usually low dosage is prescribed in the beginning of medicinal treatment course. Don't stop medication abruptly otherwise its negative impact may also occur. Do gradual discontinuation to avoid reoccurrence which is more severe and problematic.

Benzodiazepines come across as another effective alternative to the usual recommendations. The panic disorder medicine is usually administered in the form an oral solution and is sometimes injected as well. Alprazolam is one of the effective medications in this category which helps ease nervous tension and reduce anxiety levels. Sometimes antidepressants and benzodiazepines are recommended along with each other by experts. The advantages benzodiazepines hold over antidepressants include lesser incidence of side effects as compared to its counterpart and the ability to bring about immediate relief for aggravated symptoms.
Have gradual recovery and better control over the frequency of panic attacks through medication and behavioural therapies available to treat panic disorder. It is good to stop panic attack. Doctors always recommend emotional support which is most important in the behavioural therapy. In case you are aware of someone suffering from panic disorder help the person by bringing him/her immediately for medical treatment. This way you would be helping that person from further mental and psychological damage which is great service to humanity.
