It seems to me like this world is becoming less and less nutritious and more unhealthy and lazy. But when you start your day off with the right vitamins, proteins and something as easy as walking, you cant go wrong. Thats I believe we can all work together to do better for ourselves by trying new products on this site and talking about it in the comments section so that others like you and me will know whats good and whats not working. My goal is to help people understand, what nutrition is about, about its benefits in our lives and much much more.
Lets develop a great community where everyone from all ages can come and read up on some good fitness and nutrition and that way we will take one small step as a community into a healthier future and for some it will be life changing or maybe for some it will be something they have been doing since they could walk, and thats what helps us here, having experienced people sharing what works for them and teaching those who are just starting off.
The great part about having a place to go and talk about your fitness, health, families health and much more, is that you will ALWAYS learn something new. No matter how much you already know, there is still much to learn in the world of fitness, health and nutrition. I would think, and im sure im not alone, that you can never get enough knowledge on this subject. I, myself would encourage everyone here to set a goal for your health needs and once you reach this goal you set another one so that you will always keep in the shape and health that you want. The biggest mistake i see from alot of my friends and myself ,before i started thinking about it, is that we set a goal for our fitness needs, for example, i want to get down to 15% body fat and i want to build 25lbs of lean muscle, well once we reach that goal we stop because we are happy with it. Problem with that is your body starts to lose the shape it was in and then you gotta start over. What you really have to do is keep those muscles working and in good healthy shape, pick up some new types of workouts or hobbies that work your muscles. You may not even need to go back to the gym or if you dont want to go back to the gym, i say pick up a few sports or something that will keep your body in your goal shape. Lets try to spread the word and take a step as a community closer to a healthier world.
