     Do you spend quality time bonding with your children? At present, playing with your children is the most effective way to connect and to bond with them.

Having quality moments with them is vital in ensuring they grow up to become a better person. What are the best activities to bond with them? How can you insert these activities in between your activities at work and at home? With the busy schedule you have, it is easy for you to be distracted with house chores like cleaning, cooking and laundry. Ways of bonding with kids:

1. Picnic If you and your children love the outdoors, you can schedule a picnic on weekends or during school vacations. Remember that picnic is one activity that children love to take part. If you are out of budget, you can have camping in your backyard. You can even let them prepare the things needed for the picnic to make them feel important and included.

4. Dining out You can dine out and bring them to their favorite restaurant of fast food chain.

5. Board games You can even play board games with your kids at home such as chess, snake and ladder, scrabble and many more.

6. Assisting them in assignments By helping them with their assignments and homework, you can talk to them and can establish connection with them. By helping them with their school works, it is one way of telling them that you are interested in everything they do.

7. Reading bedtime stories It is also one option of connecting and bonding with them.
