     Keeping your system healthy and in shape does not have to be hard. Honestly, for the most part, being healthy and in shape does not take much more than a few small good habits. Lots of people put it off until their bodies are gravely out of shape or until they are dealing with severe illnesses to attempt to figure out the best way to get back into shape or make themselves healthier. Eat fish a couple of times every week. This could be in the form of some tuna fish at lunch or a piece of fish for dinner. Do your exercise sessions on your feet whenever you can, especially when completing your weight training. Standing up when you work out and lift weights causes your abdominal muscles to support your spine in addition to keep you in a good upright position. This means that you're actively exercising your abdominal muscles the whole time you are doing your weight lifting.
