What a difference a year makes. Today, I stand 5’6” tall, weigh 125 pounds with vital statistics of 36C-26-34. Barely a year ago I was a 36A weighing 103 pounds. I was gaunt, frail and horribly flat chested. What made the difference? Here’s my story.
All my life my parents pushed me to excel in my studies. I graduated summa cum laude and furthered my studies in Harvard Business School. Upon completion of that, I decided to study for my Executive MBA. Since it was an Executive MBA, I had to work a normal 9 to 5 job and attend classes on weekends. In addition there was course work, papers to write, project to complete, dissertations to prepare etc. This carried on for two whole years. I enjoyed the challenge of the course and I must say I did quite well. I was the only female in my graduating class in the top 5. But it took a heavy toll on me.
I was exhausted by the end of the course. I decided to take a full month’s leave from work to relax and de-stress. That was when I took a good look at myself in the mirror and reviewed my life at the same time. I was shocked at how much my physical appearance had changed. My skin was pale, I had lost weight, I could see my ribs and my breasts were virtually flat. I looked across my room to see all the degrees and certificates I had hanging on the wall. It dawned on me I had brains but not beauty.
Then I looked at my life socially. My whole life was one big paper chase, going after degree after degree. I hardly had time to socialize. Even when I started working, I had to burn the midnight oil preparing for exams constantly while my colleagues were out partying every weekend. I realized I had lots of certificates but few friends.
So I used the time during my one month’s leave to catch up with some old friends, most of whom I had not seen since college. We decided to organize an outing at a beach resort over a weekend. One of the guys had a family villa at a nice stretch of beach nearby our town so we packed our stuff and headed over there. There were 11 of us in the group, 6 guys and 5 girls including me. Over the 2 days, we enjoyed ourselves with a barbeque, a picnic, some games on the beach and lots of catching up talk.
Everything was fine until we went for a swim in the sea. When we put on our swimming suits, two of my girlfriends were shocked at how I looked. They had never seen me this skinny before, not even in college. One of them even asked if I was anorexic. When I compared myself with them, I felt so embarrassed. For the entire time, I was terribly self-conscious about my figure especially my breasts. I thought even some of the guys’ breasts were larger than mine.
When I got home after the outing, I decided to do something about my body, in particular my breasts. Because I was on leave, I could spend a lot of time researching on how to grow my breasts. I soon discovered that growing my breasts required some essential elements, particularly estrogen and protein. Estrogen is the female hormone produced in the ovaries that causes your breasts to grow in puberty in the first place. And protein can be converted into fat which is what your breasts are primarily made up of. Fortunately you can supplement the amount of estrogen and protein in your body through the food you eat.
Estrogen is found naturally in the form of phytoestrogen in certain herbs like fenugreek, wild yam, saw palmetto, soy products, cereals etc. I bought a bottle of wild yam herb capsules containing 500 milligrams of wild yam per capsule and a bottle of fenugreek tablets, each containing 500 milligrams of fenugreek. In this dosage, the capsules will prove effective enough to enhance your breast size over time. I started to take the wild yam and fenugreek capsules three times each day, with the last dosage just before bedtime. In addition, I also supplemented my diet with protein in the form of protein shakes and naturally protein rich foods like eggs, fish, meat and beans.
But I knew I had to do more than just change my diet. So I continued researching. My research took me to a website by Nancy Newton, http://www.grow-bigger-breasts-naturally.com in which she introduces an e-book, “How I made my Breasts Grow Bigger Naturally”. As I read what Nancy had to say, I felt that her method was different from other breast growth products. So I bought her e-book and immediately followed her methods.
Within 2 months, I was amazed at the results I experienced. I started to put on weight and most of the weight went to my chest in the form of fat tissue. So my breasts started to grow. It was slow during the first month, but in the second month, they grew a lot. I put on some much needed weight within the first 3 months and my cup size grew by one size. Even after going back to work, my breasts continued to grow. After the fifth month, I had grown by two cup sizes. Amazing!
I believe the effectiveness in Nancy’s method lies in its holistic approach to breast growth. Her method does not focus only on diet alone. In fact, she shows you how to use even your mind and imagination to grow your breasts. With such a multi-faceted approach, it’s no wonder that Nancy’s method works!
